My name is Lluís Riera. I was born in Barcelona, where I studied Economics at the University and where I lived until I was 38, when I settled in a small town in the centre of Catalonia.
Professionally, I have developed a good part of my career in Corporate Banking and also in credit insurance and guarantees for companies. In the last twelve years I have specialised in the Fintech sector and alternative financing for companies.
Personally, I consider myself a calm person and a nature lover. I attach great importance to friendship and contact with the people I appreciate. No technology can beat the experience of having a coffee in good company…
I have been part of Capital Factor since its inception in 2022. From the very first moment I was motivated to be part of a new project in which I can contribute all my experience and knowledge. With the solid support of our shareholders, the backing of my management and the good response from customers, I am very satisfied with the results achieved to date. I am fully prepared to face all the challenges that the growth and consolidation of our brand poses to us.

José Luis Giménez.
My name is José Luis Giménez. I am from Toledo, where I grew up and studied at the UCLM in the Public Management and Administration degree.
During this time I also had my first work experiences in the financial sector. An experience that I enjoyed very much and that made me continue in the world of finance. Several years ago I came to live in Madrid in search of expanding my work experience and in search of new personal motivations.
I am a sincere, outgoing person and eager for many challenges. I love walking in the mountains or getting to know new cities. I love team sports, you always get further with good company.
I joined this great team in September. Where they made me feel like one of them from the first moment. It is a great project run by great people!

My name is Ivana Modroño. I was born in A Coruña and I have always lived in this city, which I love. I studied Economics at the University of A Coruña and I am the mother of a large family, so I am never bored.
Professionally, my career has been linked to the business and financial world, which is why I have a broad vision of the needs of companies and the requirements of financiers.
For the last 15 years, my career has been linked to the financial world, both in the Banking and Fintech sectors, and specializing in alternative financing for companies.
I consider myself a sociable, sincere and trustworthy person. I love enjoying leisure time in the company of my family and friends around a table and with a pleasant after-dinner conversation.
I am passionate about the world of real estate and decoration.

Raúl Heredia Díaz
My name is Raúl Heredia Díaz. I was born in Madrid, but I have been living in the city of Málaga since I was 6 years old.
I hold a degree in Chemistry from the University of Málaga, although my professional career has always been linked to the financial sector. I started working in banking institutions, later moved to the insurance sector, and eventually focused on financial intermediation in the real estate sector.
For more than 17 years, I was the manager of a bank branch in Málaga, opening the office from scratch and consolidating it in the area. This extensive experience in the sector has given me a deep understanding of the business landscape and the opportunity to build a broad network of contacts. I am a dedicated professional who always strives for client satisfaction, allowing me to maintain long-term relationships over the years.
Personally, I am a pleasant, sincere, and trustworthy person. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and sharing good moments with those around me.
I am joining Capital Factor as a Commercial Manager in Málaga, and I am delighted to be part of this future-oriented project led by outstanding professionals who will help us achieve our goals.

Hello, I hold a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and have completed a Master’s in Marketing, Management, and Business Administration.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, I have had the opportunity to hold senior management positions at some of the most important banking institutions, both nationally and internationally. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the sector, with a strategic focus and a commitment to service excellence.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in financial advisory services and the structuring of financing solutions tailored to each client’s needs. My goal has always been to add value by offering efficient and sustainable alternatives that contribute to the financial growth and stability of both businesses and individuals.

My name is Tomas Rock, I was born in Chile, where I trained both academically with my degree in Commercial Engineering at the Autonomous University of Chile, and professionally in my 10 years of experience in business development, mainly in alternative financing and financial products.
Today, I am pursuing my MBA postgraduate degree at the ESIC Business School in Valencia and I have joined the great Capital Factor team, to continue helping companies achieve their goals and projects.
Personally, I consider myself an empathetic, approachable, proactive and very committed person, especially when the motivation is to provide value to my clients. I am passionate about facing new challenges, and always providing creative and efficient solutions.
